Key Duties

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

  • Educate individuals and families on available life, accident, and supplemental coverage options

  • Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity

  • Maintain accurate digital client records and follow compliance standards

  • Participate in team development meetings and ongoing training sessions
