What You’ll Be Doing
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom
Understand needs and explain available programs clearly
Guide clients through the enrollment process
Maintain simple digital records and follow-ups
Provide ongoing support to ensure a positive experience
Participate in team training and development sessions
