All consultations are scheduled with individuals who have requested to speak with us. There is no cold calling or outbound prospecting required—just meaningful conversations with clients who want guidance.


Primary Duties

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with families via Zoom

  • Recommend appropriate life, accident, and supplemental coverage options based on client needs

  • Maintain accurate documentation while following compliance standards

  • Participate in weekly development sessions, team calls, and professional training


Ideal Candidate

  • Professional communicator confident leading virtual meetings

  • Growth-oriented and adaptable in a remote work environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Authorized to work in the United States
