We provide comprehensive training, pre-qualified client appointments, and a structured mentorship environment so you can focus on helping clients while developing professionally—all from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom to understand their needs
Guide individuals and families through personalized coverage options and assist with the enrollment process
Maintain accurate client records and deliver a professional, client-first experience
Participate in team training sessions and collaborate with mentors for ongoing development
Build long-term relationships with clients while developing your own career path

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Confident using Zoom and other virtual communication tools
Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work
Customer service or consultative experience is helpful but not required
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a webcam
