In this role, you will connect with individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their available options.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Assess client needs and explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
Guide clients through the enrollment process and answer questions
Maintain accurate and compliant digital records
Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and support team success
Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and leadership development calls
