Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations to understand each client’s needs
Guide individuals and families through available benefit options with clarity and professionalism
Support clients throughout the enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital records and manage timely follow-up communication
Deliver consistent, high-quality service to build long-term client relationships
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team collaboration
