AO Globe Life is growing and seeking motivated professionals to join our mission-driven remote team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates in business, marketing, communications, or for individuals who thrive in a people-focused environment and want to build a meaningful career.

Structured training, scheduled client consultations, and ongoing mentorship are provided so you can focus on helping clients while developing your professional path from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital records and provide a client-first service experience
Collaborate with mentors and team members during training and development sessions
Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and support

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Confident using video conferencing and digital tools
Genuine passion for helping others and contributing to a service-focused mission
Customer service or consultative experience is helpful but not required

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have a reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam access.
