AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to join our remote team in a client-focused role supporting individuals and families across the United States. In this position, you will help clients understand and access benefit programs that provide financial protection and long-term security.

All client meetings are scheduled in advance—no cold calling or outreach required. With structured training and ongoing mentorship, this opportunity offers a clear path toward a meaningful and flexible remote career.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

  • Explain benefit options and guide clients through enrollment

  • Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up communication

  • Deliver high-quality service and build lasting client relationships

  • Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently

  • Confident using video conferencing and digital tools

  • Service-oriented with a client-first mindset

  • Experience in customer-facing or consultative roles preferred

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Reliable internet connection

  • Windows-based computer with webcam
