With comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and pre-qualified client appointments, you’ll have the support and tools necessary to build a rewarding career while working from home.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Guide individuals and families through personalized benefit options
Support clients throughout the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
Maintain accurate and organized digital client records
Provide exceptional client service and timely follow-up
Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship development
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Confident on video and familiar with virtual communication tools
Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work
Customer service or client-facing experience preferred but not required
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a webcam
