Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.

• Guide individuals and families through personalized benefit options.

• Support clients throughout the enrollment process.

• Maintain accurate, organized digital records and follow-ups.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.

• Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship programs.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule.

• Comfortable on video and familiar with digital collaboration tools.

• Motivated by purpose-driven work and helping others.

• Prior experience in customer service or client relations (preferred but not required).

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop/PC with a webcam.
