Job Description:
AO Globe Life is hiring Benefits Consultants for a remote position that involves meeting with clients virtually to help them select supplemental insurance benefits. All meetings are pre-set, with no cold calling or outbound selling required.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct Zoom appointments with clients

• Present and explain benefit options

• Provide enrollment support and post-enrollment care

• Log detailed client records

• Join weekly training calls

Ideal Background:

• Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required

• Great communication skills

• Driven to succeed and grow

• Comfortable with Zoom and CRM platforms
