Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Understand client needs and provide guidance on available benefit options
Help individuals and families through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate digital records of client interactions and follow-up communication
Provide responsive, client-focused support throughout the consultation process
Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and improve overall service
Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and professional development programs

Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport in virtual meetings
