What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meet with clients virtually using Zoom

  • Understand needs and explain available programs clearly

  • Guide clients through the enrollment process

  • Maintain simple digital records and follow-ups

  • Provide ongoing support to ensure a positive experience

  • Participate in training and team development sessions
