Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Guide individuals and families through available benefit options with clarity and professionalism
Support clients throughout the enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
Deliver high-quality, client-focused service
Participate in ongoing mentorship, training, and team development
