With hands-on training, structured mentorship, and pre-qualified client appointments, you’ll have the support needed to succeed from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
Guide individuals and families through personalized benefit options
Assist clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
Maintain accurate and organized digital records
Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-up communication
Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship meetings
Build long-term client relationships based on trust and service

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Confident using video communication tools and digital platforms
Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work
Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
