WFH Client Engagement Manager
AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and seeking professionals who are ready to bring their leadership mindset and client-focused experience into a mission-driven organization. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in management, client service, operations, or team leadership who want flexibility while continuing to grow professionally.
In this role, you will connect with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You will schedule virtual consultations, guide clients through available options, and support them through the enrollment process while contributing to a collaborative and growth-focused team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Assess client needs and provide guidance on available benefit options
Assist individuals and families through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate and organized digital records and documentation
Deliver high-quality client service and follow-up support
Participate in weekly training sessions, mentorship programs, and team development calls
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and support team performance
Qualifications
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in leadership, management, consulting, client service, or operations environments
High levels of organization and accountability when working remotely
Confidence using video platforms and digital collaboration tools
A service-oriented mindset and desire to help others
Experience in customer service, team leadership, consulting, or client management is helpful but not required.
