In this role, you’ll connect virtually with families who have requested information and guide them through essential supplemental benefit programs. This is a client-facing position built around communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No chasing leads. All appointments are pre-scheduled.

What You’ll Do

Host scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom
Help clients understand available supplemental benefit options
Guide families through the enrollment process step-by-step
Maintain organized digital records and manage follow-up communication
Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and professional development
