WFH Member Services Manager
AO Globe Life is expanding its fully remote team and seeking experienced professionals who are ready to bring their leadership mindset and client-focused experience into a mission-driven organization.
This opportunity is well suited for individuals with backgrounds in management, client service, consulting, or operations who want the flexibility of a remote environment while continuing to grow professionally. In this role, you will connect with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You will schedule virtual consultations, guide clients through available options, and provide support throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Guide clients through available benefit options and support the enrollment process
Maintain accurate and organized digital client records
Provide professional, client-focused support throughout the client experience
Participate in mentorship, leadership development, and team training sessions
Build long-term client relationships while contributing to overall team success
Qualifications
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in leadership, management, consulting, client service, or operations roles
High levels of organization and accountability when working remotely
Confidence using video platforms and digital collaboration tools
A service-oriented mindset and desire to help others
Prior experience in customer service, consulting, sales leadership, or client management is helpful but not required.
