In this role, you will connect with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You will schedule virtual consultations, guide clients through available options, and provide support throughout the enrollment process while contributing to a collaborative, service-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Assess client needs and provide guidance on available supplemental benefit options
Support clients throughout the enrollment process and provide follow-up assistance
Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records
Participate in weekly training sessions, development programs, and team collaboration
Contribute insights and best practices to support overall team performance
