AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and hiring service-oriented professionals who are passionate about helping families make informed decisions about their financial protection. As a Remote Client Account Representative, you will serve as a trusted resource—guiding individuals and families through life, accident, and supplemental benefit options with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
This role focuses on education, relationship-building, and ongoing client support. All appointments are pre-qualified with individuals who have requested information. There is no cold calling, door knocking, or outbound prospecting required.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual meetings with individuals and families
Listen carefully to understand each client’s goals and coverage needs
Provide clear explanations of available benefit options
Assist clients through enrollment in a supportive, step-by-step manner
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up
Offer ongoing service and policy support as needed
Participate in weekly training and collaborative team development
