What You’ll Do
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
Explain available benefit options and help clients make informed decisions
Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
Maintain organized digital records of client interactions
Participate in team development meetings and training sessions
