There is no cold calling and no prospecting—only scheduled conversations with people seeking guidance on benefit programs that help protect their financial futures.

What You’ll Do

Host scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
Understand each client’s situation and recommend appropriate coverage options
Clearly explain benefit programs and answer client questions
Guide clients through the application process and provide follow-up support
Participate in team meetings and ongoing development sessions
Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and strengthen performance
