AO Globe Life is seeking Remote Policy Advisors to support the veteran community through virtual benefit consultations. This opportunity is ideal for service members transitioning into civilian life, offering a structured, mission-driven career path with flexibility, stability, and long-term growth potential.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, consistent mentorship, and a proven system designed to help veterans succeed in a professional remote environment.

This role centers on education, guidance, and long-term client support—not cold calling or outbound prospecting. All consultations are pre-scheduled with individuals who have requested information.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and working families
Educate clients on available supplemental benefit options in a clear, straightforward manner
Help families make informed decisions based on their needs and priorities
Maintain accurate digital documentation and ensure timely follow-up
Provide supportive guidance throughout the application and post-enrollment process
Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and leadership development programs
