AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our fully remote team in a client-focused role supporting individuals and families across the United States. In this opportunity, you will help clients understand and access important benefit programs designed to provide financial protection and long-term security.

This role includes full training, mentorship, and pre-scheduled client consultations—no cold calling or door-to-door outreach required. If you enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working independently, this opportunity offers a strong path toward a meaningful remote career.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
Explain available benefit options and assist clients through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital records and follow up with clients as needed
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
Participate in regular training sessions and professional development programs

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing platforms
Service-oriented mindset with a desire to help others
Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
